Project Overview:

The stacked stone fireplace wall serves as the focal point of this cozy basement, creating a warm and inviting area that could accommodate a large TV, perfect for watching sports and movies, while also offering comfort and style for everyday family use. We carefully curated an eclectic mix of upholstered furniture, anchored by a striking black-and-white hand-tufted rug with an animal-inspired vibe.

The matching armchairs with ottomans feature a bold fabric in olive, black, tan, and orange, while the olive leather reclining sofa is complemented by geometric fabric pillows that tie in the room’s color scheme and double as floor cushions for the grandkids, whether they’re playing video games or enjoying a fun family movie night.

The centerpiece, the Gilded Dome coffee table with its hammered aluminum and antique gold finish, adds a touch of elegance, while mid-century modern-inspired end tables and accessories round out the entertaining space, blending style with function. Repeating olive and black tones throughout the room establish a harmonious flow, and the versatile black faux marble table invites a quiet game of chess or family board games. Finally, comfy chairs with eyelet caned backs and smooth wood finishes provide stylish seating for all.
