Cathi Lloyd and Nicole Lloyd Beat, of The Lloyd Design Team, Decorating Den Interiors, hosted a Wine and Design at the Stone Oak Country Club. Nearly 50 people in attendance were treated to hors d’oeuvres, wine, soft drinks, and a special cake with the design team logo all while enjoying learning about interior design.

Stone Oak is a community located west of Toledo, OH, that was established in 1990 and is known for its picturesque environment. The area has many outdoor activities for visitors and residents to partake in such as golf, tennis, boating, and trails for walking and biking. The community also offers holiday and seasonal events for residents to participate in annually. The most notable place in the area is the Stone Oak Country Club, a private 18-hole golf course surrounded by a multitude of natural water sources.

Stone Oak Resources:

Stone Oak Country Club: A 525-acre English Manor-style country club and golf course, featuring plenty of outdoor activities for visitors. Banquets and catering options are also available, where an elegant ballroom can be utilized to host up to 250 guests in the summertime.

Ritter Planetarium and Brooks Observatory: A planetarium located at the University of Toledo that is open to the public on weekends, allowing visitors to obtain a glimpse of the solar system. Private parties and birthday parties are able to be held here on a reservation basis.

Toledo Botanical Garden: A 60-acre botanical that contains a considerable amount of display gardens and plant collections. TBG is known for its tranquil atmosphere, where visitors experience opportunities for exploration and reflection. Various types of animals can also be spotted throughout the botanicals such as wild birds and opossums.
